First Bike

Over the weekend, Daddy spoiled Madison with a brand new Disney Princess bike. I was against the purchase at first, her birthday is coming and I thought we could save it for then. He said we had to give it to her now though, because winter (and hockey season!) is coming.





It took her a few days to get the hang of pedaling - the pedals on her trike went forward and backwards and she didn't understand that going backwards on a bike meant brakes!



After just a few nights of practicing, she has it down! She is so cute riding her bike around the driveway. Oh yes, a helmet is coming - I think that will be a birthday present.
