Five for Fighting

We had another Minnesota Ice Hawks game on Saturday night. Normally, it is pretty good hockey but you do see a fight or two now and then.

I'm not sure what led up to it but suddenly two players had dropped their gloves and helmets and were duking it out at center ice. The crowd was going nuts. Madison watched in stunned silence. I'm not sure she has ever seen a fight between opposing players before.

When the fight was finally broke up and the players were sent to the box - I explained that they each got five minute penalities for fighting. I told her the penalty box was like a time out.

Madison says "they got time out because they were hitting each other and they messed up their hair!"

She is such a girly girl.
